Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Bare Loft, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.
1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch:
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement or before they are dispatched—whichever comes first. To cancel, please contact us immediately via email or phone with your order number. -
After Dispatch:
Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery if eligible (see return conditions below).
2. Non-Cancellable Items
For hygiene reasons, innerwear and thermals are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange unless:

The item is damaged or defective

You received the wrong item
Loungewear items may be eligible for return/exchange as per our Return Policy.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

Order was cancelled before dispatch

Product was damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

Refund request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

4. Refund Process

Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to your card/bank.

For COD orders, refund will be made via bank transfer or UPI (details must be provided by the customer).
5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

In case of partial cancellation/returns, shipping charges (if any) will be adjusted accordingly.
6. Exchange Option
We offer exchanges for eligible loungewear items in case of sizing issues or defects. Products must be:

Unused

In original packaging
-
With tags intact
